Q: What time will my flowers arrive and what if no-one is there to accept them?
A: Excellent question! We’re unable to provide or guarantee specific delivery times. All our flowers are delivered anytime between 9-5pm, with exception to Sympathy designs for a funeral service. For full details around our delivery process and timings, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Q: What days do you deliver flowers?
A: All our flowers are available for San Francisco and Daly City delivery seven days a week, between 9am-5pm.
Q: May I order for the same day delivery?
A: Yes, same day deliveries are available if you place an order before 1pm.
Q: May I request to change the design a bit?
A: Yes, please make a note in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTION box when you place your online order. We will do our best to follow them.
Q: Will my flowers look exactly as what is pictured?
A: Depending on the season, colors or shades may vary. Sometimes we need to substitute flowers due to seasonal availability, but they’re always substituted for the same or greater value.

Second year I have sent one of the Silver Moon designs to my sister for her birthday. Both times, she has commented on the artistry of the arrangement — and they were a different each time! Twas my daughter and son-in-law's fist anniversary coming up and I wanted to send them a beautiful arrangement of flowers to celebrate this milestone. I looked at their wedding photo and the lovely bouquet my daughter held. I looked through the Sol Ambiance Gallery and found that the Silver Moon floral arrangement was really very reminiscent of my daughter's bouquet. I sent that off. When it came, my daughter called to say they'd received the flowers - and she said that they reminded her of her wedding bouquet! So needless to say, I was so happy she made the connection.
