This type of design usually measures approximately 3 ft x 3 ft and is meant for funeral services ONLY.
This design includes a free banner (please include a banner sign in the Special Instruction Box or Message Box with the title “BANNER”).
In the event a banner space is left blank for any reason, ONLY a card message will be included.
Banners are printed in a black 2.5-inch wide ribbon with silver ink. Currently, we don't offer any other colors.
If the service is the same day as the order was placed we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain time. And flowers will be delivered during normal business hours.
To ensure the delivered flowers match the displayed photo as close as possible we recommend ordering 3-5 days in advance.
For the same or next day deliveries, we reserve a right to substitute flowers with the same or greater value.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Placing and order for flowers in another city hoping that what you see online can convey the love you have for your loved one was nerve racking. The arrangement was beautiful. There was a slight issue with the florist not having any lilies, but we were able to find a substitution of hydrangeas that worked for the arrangement.
