About These Plants
Zamioculcas is a tropical perennial plant native to eastern Africa and boasts smooth, shiny dark green leaves. Common names include Zanzibar gem, ZZ plant and emerald palm.
The plant is considered drought tolerant and should be watered only when it is dry to avoid overwatering. They require a good drainage system and can live in moderate to indirect sunlight. Insufficient sunlight can be indicated by leaf lengthening.
Sansevieria is one of the hardiest of all indoor plants. It has erect, dark green, lance-shaped leaves. Mature plants produce fragrant, pink or white blooms in spring. Place it in a brightly lit, warm location, and water it regularly, as soon as the soil becomes dry. Overwatering will cause root rot. Fertilize every 2 or 3 months.
Peperomias come in a variety of leaf forms and colors. They are easy-to-grow, small plants ideally suited to windowsills and plant shelves. Under good conditions, they produce curious creamy white blooms the shape of mouse tails.
Light: Place Peperomias in a bright, indirectly lit south, east, or west window
Water: Let the plant dry slightly before watering, then water thoroughly and discard drainage.
Humidity: Requires moist air. Use a humidifier for best results.
Temperatures: 55° to 60° F at night, 70° to 75° F during the day.
Fertilization: Fertilize lightly throughout the growing season.
Propagation: Divide or grow from stem cuttings.
Repotting: Repot as needed.
Problems: Will get spindly and weak if light is too low.

A: Excellent question! We’re unable to provide or guarantee specific delivery times. All our plants are delivered anytime between 9-5pm, with exception to Sympathy designs for a funeral service. For full details around our delivery process and timings, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Q: What days do you deliver plants?
A: All our plants are available for San Francisco and Daly City delivery seven days a week, between 9am-5pm.
Q: May I order for the same day delivery?
A: Yes, same day deliveries are available if you place an order before 1pm.
Q: May I request to change the design a bit?
A: Yes, please make a note in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTION box when you place your online order. We will do our best to follow them.
Q: Will my plant look exactly as what is pictured?
A: Depending on seasonality, plant color shades and sizes may vary.
