Q: What time will my flowers arrive and what if no-one is there to accept them?
A: Excellent question! We’re unable to provide or guarantee specific delivery times. All our flowers are delivered anytime between 9-5pm, with exception to Sympathy designs for a funeral service. For full details around our delivery process and timings, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Q: What days do you deliver flowers?
A: All our flowers are available for San Francisco and Daly City delivery seven days a week, between 9am-5pm.
Q: May I order for the same day delivery?
A: Yes, same day deliveries are available if you place an order before 1pm.
Q: May I request to change the design a bit?
A: Yes, please make a note in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTION box when you place your online order. We will do our best to follow them.
Q: Will my flowers look exactly as what is pictured?
A: Depending on the season, colors or shades may vary. Sometimes we need to substitute flowers due to seasonal availability, but they’re always substituted for the same or greater value.
