PHALAENOPSIS ORCHID WITH FUCHSIA BLOOMS
Delicate and exotic. Our tropical Phalaenopsis orchid plant boasts tall spikes with multiple butterfly-shaped blooms in a beautiful fuchsia color. They are known to last a long time, bringing beauty into the home for many weeks. Their broad, tropical leaves continue to look lovely even when the plant has finished flowering.
Why not add a greeting card or quality handmade candle to your fresh orchid plant?
About Phalaenopsis Orchids
When their orchid flowers expire, trim the stem at an angle just above the node, below where the first flower bloomed. If the stem is looking yellow and withering, trim to the base of the plant. Cared for correctly, new flower spikes will begin to grow. This typically happens on an annual basis.
Orchid plants love a light, warm position and high humidity. Use the ‘green thumb’ method of watering, by checking whether the soil feels dry before giving more water.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
